As you know Jake's World is growing rapidly. In the past five years wee have doubled in size 3 times and the expansion into the Netherlands seems to be adding fire to the growth. We now employee 12,000 people across 6 countries and three continents. With this is mind we have decided that it may be time for a company newsletter. We would like for all employees to be able to know whats going on in all parts of the company and this newsletter will be designed to do just that. As always we believe that this is your company as much as it is ours. Therefore, you have say in what we do in regards to this. This survey is one way to do that but we would also like to remind everyone of our open door policy. Feel free to contact managment with questions regarding this.
